摘要
研究了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对乳品中微量砷的测定,该方法灵敏度高、准确度好。结果表明,在最佳条件下,以质量浓度为50g/L硫脲+质量浓度50g/L抗坏血酸为预还原剂,荧光强度与砷的质量浓度在0.0225~200mg/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限达0.0225mg/L,测定8种乳粉中砷,相对标准偏差为1.6以下,回收率为88.6%~110.4%。
The optimum conditions for the HG-AFS determination of arsenic were studied and an AFS method for the determination of arsenic in dairy products is proposed. Sensibility is high and accuracy is good in this method. Under the conditions proposed, there is a linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and arsenic concentration in the rage of 0.0225~200 ng·mL-1,and it's detection limit is found to be 0.0225 ng·mL-1and the RSDs were under the rage of 1.6%.the method was successfully applied to the determination of arsenic in eight kinds of Dairy products with a recovery range of 88.6%-110.4%。
