分析了影响建设项目经济寿命的因素,以及经济寿命对项目建设的影响,根据所预测因素的特征,及其影响经济寿命的程度,分别从定性和定量两个方面确定建设项目的经济寿命。并就项目建设应如何考虑经济寿命进行正确决策,以提高项目全寿命期的综合效益提出了看法。

This paper analyzed the influential factors of the construction project economic life and the influence of economic life to the construction project. At the same time, in order to stilt the synthetic performance of the project during the total lifetime, this paper also gave some ideas about how to consider the economic life and how to do the right decision-making.
