摘要
提出了我国建筑业开展工程总承包的战略构思:学习合作竞争,逐步推进、可持续发展的战略路线;有效竞争和质量优先的战略主题;完善建筑业机制、加强法律建设、加强人才培养和推进信息化建设四项战略措施。
The paper represents the strategic compositions of developing general contract in domestic construction industry: namely, the strategic route of learning, cooperation and competition and achieving improvement step by step and maintaining sustainable development; strategic theme of valid competition and quality being in priority; and four strategic measures of improving mechanism of construction enterprise, reinforcing legal construction, paying close attention to cultivating of talents and pushing development of information construction.
