摘要
本研究以细菌内毒素脂多糖(LPS)为阳性对照,采用淋巴细胞激活因子分析法对25株急性根尖周炎患牙根管内厌氧菌诱生白细胞介素—1的能力进行了研究。结果显示超声粉碎菌体以及菌培养上清液均具有较强的白细胞介素—1诱生力。G^-菌的诱生力主要来自菌体成分,以颊类杆菌和牙龈类杆菌最强;G^+菌的诱生力主要来自其代谢产物,以短真细菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌最强。表明感染根管内厌氧菌很可能通过白细胞介素—1而介导急性根尖周病变的发生。
In the present study,the induction effects of 25 anaerobic bacteria strains isolated from infected root canals of teeth with acute periapical lesions on Interleukin-1 production were determined with the LAF method.LPS servedas a positive control.The results showed that both G^+ and G^- anaerobes had high induction effects on IL-1 pro-duction by their sonic extracts and culture supernatants.It was suggested that the anaerobic bacteria possibly in-duced the acute periapical lesions through IL-1's immune and infective mediation.
