摘要
本研究采用大鼠成骨样细胞系观察氟对细胞增殖的影响,实验结果,氟含量为10μmol/L时,对骨细胞增殖有促进作用,但随时间延长出现抑制作用。结果表明,除了实验强度外,作用时间也重要。为寻找氟对骨细胞蛋白质合成的影响,测定了蛋白/细胞比值,结果没有差异。采用骨细胞系培养是一个较好的实验方法。
This study was to use osteoblastlike cell line to observe effects on proliferation of cells by F.Cells were devided in three groups,one group was used as control and the others were exposed to 10 μmol/Land 200μmol/L NaF for 280 hrs.respectively.Cells were counted every three days and the growth curves weredrawn,To find out variance of functions of synthesizing proteins after being exposed to 200 μmol/L for 48 hrs,theproteins in mediums were assayed.Results showed that F=10μmol/L had an effect to promote cell's proliferation while F=200μmol/L had amild negative effect.It was noteworthy that F had a two-phase effcet,that is,as time went on the possitive effectwould turned into the opposite.This study indicated that the cultured bone cells system is an useful tesing model,by means of which effect of F to stimulate bone cells to proliferate had been proved.
