摘要 胚胎的腭突水平化运动是一个复杂的与口鼻腔发育、下颌运动、舌体下降以及上颌发育密切相关的动态过程。本文目的是在经 DEX 诱发的 A 系小鼠腭裂动物模型上,使用微机图象分析系统,准确地测试小鼠头部冠状切面下的硬腭前、中、后份以及软腭平面的有关线段组织,量化地反映出 DEX 对腭部发育的影响,全面评价颅面诸结构对腭部发育的协调作用,进而探讨 DEX 诱发小鼠腭裂的可能机理。 During the palatal development,the horizontal movement of palatial process is very complicated and it is closelyrelated to the development of mouth and nose,movement of mandible,and downward of tongue.The purpose of thisstudy was using the computer to measure the related distance of some lines of the anterior,middle and posterior por-tion of the hard palate and the soft palate plan on the coronoid section of the head in A strain mice with congenital cleftpalate.It could be shown the influence of degree of the palatal development by the DEX,and the adjustment of thepalatal development being related to the craniofacial tissues.According to these result,the authors were enable to findout the possible factors of the cleft palate in A strain mice caused by DEX.
