摘要
针对山西电网调度自动化系统的现状,从连接方式、交换协议、网络安全等联网方案进行了分析和探讨,提出采用TASE.2协议实现调度自动化系统数据交换的省级电力数据通信网的方案,对不同系统特点灵活采用连接方式,实现省调和地区以及相邻地区间SCADA/EMS系统实时和历史数据交换的方式,并在实践中进行初步实施表明满足使用需求。
In order to build Shanxi power dispatch automation network,due to the present situation of dispatching automation system in Shanxi Power Grid,and has been in progressively analysing and inquiring into to the internet working scheme at the aspect of links method,exchange protocol and network security etc.The scheme for dispatching automation system network is provided,which interconnects with not only the SCADA/EMS in different regions,but also the substations involved to exchanged data.Many kinds of interconnections based on TASE.2 are proposed for various systems. The scheme is used in practice,and the effectiveness are verified.
