临汾供电分公司的IES500能量管理系统(EMS)在原来SCADA的基础上增加了高层应用软件(PAS),对PAS的4项基本功能网络拓扑、状态估计、负荷预测、调度员潮流进行了简单的阐述,并重点讨论了无功电压自动优化(AVC)的功能。
