溶气气浮法对含油污水处理效果的研究 被引量:10

摘要 溶气气浮法处理含油污水过程中,污水组成的变化直接影响到絮凝剂的添加量、回流比、溶气压力以及溶气水流量等要素。实验结果表明,污水处理的最佳工艺条件为:控制溶气的压力为0.3~0.4MPa,当进口污水中油的质量浓度小于30mg/L时,气浮池中聚合氯化铝质量浓度为75g/L、气溶水流量为8t/h;当污水油的质量浓度为30~50mg/L时,聚合氯化铝质量浓度为100mg/L、气溶水流量为8.5t/h;当含油质量浓度为50~100mg/L时,PAC质量浓度为150mg/L、气溶水流量为9t/h;当含油质量浓度大于100mg/L时,PAC质量浓度为200mg/L、气溶水流量为10t/h。 The paper analyzes the treatment process of oil-contaminated sewage with gas absorption floatation, which shows that changing water quality influences directly on the quantity of flocculant, refluent rate, the pressure of absorption gas as well as flux of gas absorption water. Reasonable technology is provided: To control the pressure of absorption gas is 0.3~0.4 MPa, while oil content is less than 30 mg/L, polymeric aluminum chloride content in floatation tank is 75 mg/L, flux of gas absorption water is 8 t/h; while oil content is between 30 mg/L~50 mg/L, polymeric aluminum chloride content in floatation tank is 100 mg/L, flux of gas absorption water is 8.5 t/h; while oil content is between 50 mg/L~100 mg/L, polymeric aluminum chloride content in floatation tank is 150 mg/L, flux of gas absorption water is 9 t/h; while oil content is more than 100 mg/L, polymeric aluminum chloride content in floatation tank is 200 mg/L; flux of gas absorption water is 10 t/h.
