摘要
以二乙二醇为原料,采用正交实验法研究了二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚的合成工艺条件。考察了反应温度、原料配比、反应时间以及催化剂用量对反应的影响。确定了反应的最佳条件:反应温度80℃,醇烷物质的量比为1∶2 0,反应时间8h,催化剂加入量为总物料质量的0 1%。
The synthesis process of diethylene glycol diglyciol ethter is researched with orthogonal experimentation using diethylene glycol as raw material. The influences of the reaction temperature, the molar ratio of raw materal, the reaction time and the dosage of catalyst on the reaction are investigated.The optimum reation conditions are: the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the molar ratio of alcohol to alkane is 1∶2.0, the reaction time is 8 h, the mass fraction of catalyst in total materials is 0.1%.
