摘要 白细胞介素—1(IL-1)是与骨关节病(OA)相关的主要细胞因子。本研究采用临床诊断为颞颌关节(TMJ)紊乱综合征各期的患者共36例,检测其 TMJ 滑液中 IL-1水平,并行统计学分析,结果表明:IL-1水平与 TMJOA 病变程度密切相关。IL-1是滑膜炎的产物,它可促使关节软骨破坏进程加快,并加重滑膜炎症,导致关节疼痛,因而它在 TMJOA 发生、发展中具有重要作用。 Interleukin 1(IL-1)is believed to be one of the major cytokines linked to the osteoarthrosis(OA)process.Sam-plea of TMJ synovial fluid were obtained from 36 cases of various stages of TMJDS patients,and the levels of IL-1 inthe synovial aspirates were determined and the statistical analysis was made.The results showed that the level of IL-1 appeared to be highly correlated with the severity of the TMJ OA lesioas.The major source of IL-1 is the imflamedsynovial membrane,and IL-1 not only promotes cartilage destruction,hat also exacerbates synovitis and arthralgia ofTMJ.
