摘要
城市边缘区是统筹城乡发展最适宜的空间地域和最佳的切入点,目前诸多因素制约城市边缘区发展,诸如:体制不顺与管理方式转换滞后,城市化推进与耕地保护两难,农村集体资产处置问题多等。因此,发展思路应定位于以城市边缘区为枢纽、统筹城乡发展。
Urban border district is the most suitable space and best opportunity for overall development of cities and countryside. Currently, there are many factors which hamper the development of urban border districts such as unsuitable management system, backward management mode, the difficulties in urbanization development and cultivated area protection, difficulties in disposal of rural collective assets and so on. Thus, development ideas should be focused on overall development of cities and countryside on the basis of border districts.
