摘要
本文论述了凸轮型线的静态设计、动态设计,重点论述了系统优化的设计方法。作者经过配气机构单质量振动模型和配气机构有限元法动力模型的大量电算后表明,配气凸轮型线、凸轮转速和配气机构各零部件的结构尺寸(质量和刚度)间存在系统优化的关系。
In this paper the statical and dynamical design method of valve cam
profile with the emphasis on optimum design method of valve train system is discussed.
Based on a vast amount of calculations for valve train model of single-mass
vibration and dynamical model of finite element the authors find Out that an optimum
relationship among valve cam profile,cam speed and stiffness is in existence.
