摘要
本文报道了云南丽江产大叶珠子参总皂甙的明显镇痛、镇静作用;能明显提高热板法致痛的阈值,减少醋酸所致的扭体反应小鼠只数和明显延长戊巴比妥钠和硫喷妥钠对小鼠的睡眠时间。
Hot plate test and wri-thing body test showed that Extract ofpanax japonicus C. A. Mey. var. Major(Bu-rk) C.Y.Wu et K. M. Feng has obviousanalgesic effects. It can prolong the hy-potic time induced by ip pentobarbital andthiopental in mice, but it has no obviouseffects on the laten period of the riggtingreflex concealmed. Pole-Climbing testshowed a sedative action.
