新荧光剂CGE(N)的应用——薄层荧光法测定对-氨基水杨酸 被引量:2

摘要 用自制荧光剂CGE(N)衍生化对-氨基水杨酸,采用薄层荧光技术进行定性、定量分析,展门剂为石油醚:氯仿:乙酸乙酯(5:3:2)。扫描条件:EX=277nm;EM=370nm,水杨酸量3.83~15.3μg与荧光峰面积有良好线性关系,r=0.9975。并且可保持48小时。DL为0.383μg。片剂与纯品相对误差为-5.34%。CV低于4%。结果表明CGE(N)及本法都适用。 A new stable fluore-scent reagent, CGE(N), was designed andsynthesized in our laboratory. In thispaper we reported tha we used it todetermine p-amino salicylic acid(PASA)by TLC with fluorimetric detection. Spread agent was petroleum ether:chloroform: ethylacetate (5:3:2). R_f ofPASA-CGE (N) was 0.65. Scanning con-dition was EX=277nm, EM=370nm;band-width 10, 10nm; gain×5. Meanerror of the tablet related to the stan-dard sample was-5.34, cv=3.83~3.90%(coefficient of variation), corrlation co-efficient between the scanning area ofPASA-CGE(N) and quantity was 0.9975,datection limit was 0.383μg. Linear rela-tionship retained for 48 hrs. Those indicated that CGE (N) was afine fiuorescent reagent and this methodwas reliable.
