脂肪酸合成酶与消化道肿瘤 被引量:1

摘要 内源性脂肪酸是肿瘤细胞生长的能量来源 ,而脂肪酸合成酶是脂肪酸合成的关键酶。现认为其在肿瘤组织中高表达而在正常组织中不表达或低表达 ,抑制脂肪酸合成酶相关功能域 ,可减少其表达 ,抑制肿瘤生长。因此脂肪酸合成酶已逐渐成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。
