摘要
为推广电子计算机在药物稳定性研究中的应用,本文介绍了一种以廉价的PC-1500型袖珍电子计算机为核心,与普通恒温水浴联用,实现各种类型程序升温的实用控制装置及其控制程序简图。该装置简单可靠,成本低,温度控制准确度和重现性≤±0.2℃,温程分辨值和波动范围±0.05℃,计时精度<±5秒/月。
To popularize the appli-cation of computer in the study of thestability of drugs, a computer controlledprogramme heating system and its sim-plified programme flow diagram wereintroduced. In this system, an inexpen-sive PC-1500 pocket computer was usedas the core and combined with an ordi-nary thermostat, which was controlledby the computer to obtain differentheating modes. This system is simple,reliable and low cost. The accuracy andthe precision of temperature are≤±0.2℃, the resolution and the fluc-tuation of temperature are±0.05℃ andthe accuracy of time is≤±5 second permonth.
