摘要
目的 :研究了木犀草素 Cu( )修饰碳糊电极在 B- R缓冲溶液中的电化学行为。方法 :用循环伏安法对木犀草素Cu( )修饰碳糊电极的氧化还原性质进行研究。结果 :发现木犀草素 Cu( )有一对可逆的氧化还原峰和一个不可逆的还原峰 ,且峰位随酸度增加向正电位方向移动。结论 :木犀草素 Cu( )具有良好的电化学活性 。
Objective: To investigate the electrochemistrical properties of luteolin Metal-Cu(Ⅱ) complex modified carbon paste electrode in B-R buffer solution. Method: The redox of lutetal Metal-Cu(Ⅱ) complex modified carbon paste electrode was studied by using cyclic voltammetry. Result: There was a pair of reversible peaks and a irreversible peak,and the redox potentials shifted to positive direction with acidity increasing. Conclusion: Luteolin Metal-Cu(Ⅱ) complex has better electrochemistrical activity and redox potentials were found to be pH dependent.
