小剂量顺铂对Hela细胞凋亡的实验研究

Effect of low does of cisplatin on apoptosis of Hela cell

目的 :实验研究小剂量顺铂对放疗诱导 Hela细胞凋亡的作用。方法 :将细胞分为空白对照组、单纯化疗组、单纯放疗组、放疗加化疗组 4组 ,采用 TUNEL 法分别检测各组细胞的凋亡率。结果 :单纯放疗、化疗都可诱导 Hela细胞凋亡 ,顺铂 (化疗 )可以明显增强放疗诱导的细胞凋亡。结论 :小剂量顺铂可明显增加放疗诱导的 Hela细胞凋亡 。

Objective:To study the effects of low dose of cisplatin on Hela cell apoptosis induced by radiotherapy( RT).Methods:The Hela cells were divided into four groups: control group ,RT alone,chemotherapy(ChT) alone and RT combined with ChT group .The apoptosis rate of Hela cell was detected by a modified in situ TUNEL technique .Results:RT and ChT could induce Hela cell apoptosis and cisplatin(ChT) could obviously enhance Hela cell apoptosis induced by RT. Conclusion:Low dose of cisplatin can obviously enhance Hela cell apoptosis, induced by RT,providing academic proof for clinical use of low dose of cisplatin to enhance cell apoptosis induced by RT.
