本文介绍了20/27柴油机组合式活塞外型面的计算结果,阐述了立体靠模装置的结构原理、靠模的设计和可能产生的误差。该装置成功地解决了引进柴油机大直径活塞型面加工的技术关键。
This paper presents the piston skirt profile calculation of 20/27 diesel
engine. The basic principle of master installation, the cam design and the probable
errors during machining are also described. It successfully provides a key technology
for machining a large dia. piston skirt profile of imported diesel engine.
