摘要
用3H-TdR标记、组织化学染色及其显微分光光度计定量等技术,从细胞增殖、胶原合成功能和形态方面探讨体外染国产新康温石棉、加拿大温石棉、石英和二氧化钛粉尘的兔肺泡巨噬细胞(AM,500μg/5×106AM/5mlMEM)培养上清液对中国地鼠肺成纤维细胞(V79)的作用。结果:与空白对照组相比,各染尘组AM上清液均能显著促进非增生期的V79细胞增殖,并能使其胶原蛋白合成功能增强。在致纤维化强度方面,新康温石棉与石英接近,较加拿大温石棉强,二氧化钛最弱。
This is a study of the in-teractions between rabbit alveolar macro-phages (AM) and Chinese hamster lungfibroblasts (V_(79)) mediated by Xinkangchrysotile asbestos, UICC Canadian chry-sotile B asbestos, quartz and pure titaniumdioxide on (1) fibroblast proliferation,(2) collagen synthesis and (3) morpholo-gical changes. In comparison with the con-trol, the results of ~3H-TdR incorpotation.histochemical staining and quantitativemicroscopic observation of V_(79) cell sug-gested that the supernatants of AM treatedby the four kinds of dust could stimulatethe proliferation and collagen accumula-tion of V_(79) cell group. As to the degreeof fibrosis resulting from the dust, Xinkangasbestos was noted to be similar to quartzbut stronger than UICC asbestos; theeffect of TiO_2 was the weakest.
