摘要
变几何增压器可通过抑制增压过量来降低机械负荷,改善扭矩特性-。本文在分析探讨现有变几何方案的同时,设计了数种新方案,探索了各种方案对发动机性能的影响。结果表明,某些新设计的方案,因其结构上的优点,不失为降低机械贞荷,改善扭矩特性的有效措施。
Excessive boost of a variable geometry turbocharger can be restricted
to reduce mechanical load and improve the torque characteristic. In this paper, under
investigating the existing variable geometry turbochargers design variants are pre-sen
ted and their effects on engine preformance are studied. The results have shown that
some new designs, on account of their superior structure features, can reduce mechanical
load and improve the torque characteristic of diesel engine.
