摘要
网络技术、信息技术的发展必然要求ERP、SCM和CRM系统的整合,以消除企业内部“信息孤岛”现象。从ERP、SCM和CRM系统的含义和联系入手,分析了三大系统可以进行整合的重叠部分,并提出了系统集成的方法和实现技术。
The development of Internet andinformation tech require the integration of CRM; SCM andERP to eliminate Information Island that existed in theenterprise. The paper starts with the meanings of CRM; SCMand ERP and relation between them, then analyzes theproportion that can be integrated. Finally it puts forward themethods and technology skills of system integration.
