摘要
用7种限制性内切酶分析了不同血清群型钩端螺旋体DNA间的遗传差异。结果表明:CfoI和Eco RI的消化酶谱分辨效果较好,各血清型钩体间多存在明显差异,但同血清型的不同株之间酶谱基本相同。
The DNAs of different sero-groups and serovars of leptospires wereanalyzed with seven kinds of restrictionendonuclease (Bam HI, Bgl Ⅱ, Cfo Ⅰ,Eco RI, Hind Ⅲ, Kpn Ⅰ and Pst Ⅰ).The results showed that there are signifi-cant differences among the leptospiralDNAs of different serovars, especially inthe high molecular-weight region, but thepatterns of different strains belonging tothe same serovar are similar.In addition,Cfo Ⅰ and Eco RI are more effective fordifferentiating leptospires.
