小儿不完全性心内膜垫缺损外科治疗随访观察

Follow-up Observation from Surgical Correction of Incomplete Endocardial Cushion Defect in Children

对1985年11月至1992年1月治疗的13例小儿不完全性心内膜垫缺损进行了随访。除1例出院后突然死亡外,余12例患儿原有症状消失,右房室明显缩小、心功能改善,但超声心动图患儿均有二尖瓣返流,其中1例为中度返流。由于术后存在二尖瓣返流和可能出现的严重心律失常,作者认为不完全心内膜垫缺损术后应定期进行随访。

Thirteen children with incomplete endocardial cushion defects were operated and followed up. The results showed that the symptoms had disappeared, diameters of the right atrium and ventricle had decreased and the cardial function had improved in 12 cases. But one patient had sudden death two months after discharge. There was mitral valve regurgitation in all cases, but moderate in one case. Because there were mitral valve regurgitation and serious arrhythmias after operation, we believed it was important to follow-up these children after surgieal correction.
