摘要 “京津塘”经济圈是近年来中国北方地区经济发展最活跃的区域,有巨大的经济发展潜力和优势。本文在回顾国际科技企业集群发展经验的基础上,深度分析了“京津塘”经济圈中科技企业集群的现状与原因,进而提出发展“京津塘”经济圈和科技企业集群的相关对策。 As an economically active area in northern China, Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Economic Circle (BTT-EC) owns giant potentials and advantages. This paper reviews the successful experiences of international science and technology enterprises (STE) cluster, deeply analyzes the status quo of the STE cluster in BTT-EC and the reasons for such status quo, and then puts forward relevant suggestions for its development.
