Based on the analysis and evaluation of the integrative process of economic circle around the Bohai sea and the effectiveness of the new cooperative plan of scientific and technological industry along BTT-STH, this paper puts forward an idea and several strategies about implementing the new cooperative plan of scientific and technological industry along BTT-STH.
