摘要
少数民族地区地方课程资源开发中存在着理论薄弱、认识模糊、能力欠缺等问题。少数民族地方课程资源开发的有效实施,必须获得相应的政策支持,提高教师的开发能力,注重交流合作以达到资源共享。只有这样,才能真正有效地开发地方课程资源,建立适应地方教育需求的课程体系。
In the local curriculum resource developing in minority region, many problems still exsit, such as lacking in theory, having obscure understanding, and being deficient in ability. Policy support should be given strongly on the local curriculum in minority region, to improve teacher's developing ability and to pay attention to cooperation and the share of resource, the local curriculum resource can be developed effectively; and then establish a curriculum system to meet the needs of local education.
