摘要
对影响 10 0m栏成绩的因素展开研究 ,并根据影响因素的主次地位调节训练 ,进行针对性的教学 ,克服盲目性和随意性 ,对提高 10 0m栏成绩和教学质量等问题进行了探讨。
The paper studies on the factors that affect the female students’ performance in the 100 meter hurdle race, and adjust the training and teaching according to the priority of the factors,overcoming blindness and arbitrariness. The paper also discusses on how to improve the female students’ performance in the 100-meter hurdle race and teaching quality of this course.
