摘要
在理论分析的基础上建立高管团队异质性对企业绩效影响的概念模型 ,通过问卷调查进行数据的收集 ,再利用实证方法研究异质性与企业绩效之间的关系 ,结果表明高管团队成员良好的归属感可强化团队异质性与企业绩效之间的相关性 ,而任期的延长将有利于良好归属感的建立。这样就可从全新角度“培养成员良好的团队归属感 ,保持高管团队的稳定性”。
A conceptual model about top management team(TMT)heterogeneity influencing on enterprise performance was set up based on theoretical analysis. In the meanwhile, some necessary date and information also were collected by questionnaire in order to experientially study the relationship between heterogeneity and performance. The result shows that member's good sense of ownership of the group will strengthen the relativity between heterogeneity and performance, and a large tenure is helpful to establishment of member's good sense of ownership of the group. Thus some innovative view was put forward for upgrading enterprise performance.
