浅述《伤寒论》对痰饮病的论治

SIMPLE DISCUSSION ON THE TREATMENT OF PHLEGM RETENTION DISEASES IN TREATISE ON FEBRILE DISEASES ZHAO Wen-ding

本文对《伤寒论》论治痰饮病的条文作了归类,分别以“痰病论治”和“饮病论治”逐条进行叙述。对痰病和饮病的概念、关系进行了探析,并对各汤证的病因、病机、治法和汤证之间的关系进行了分析比较。结合临床提出了大陷胸汤既可治痰水凝结胸胁的结胸证,又可治痰水凝结腹部的结腹证。

The article sums up the clauses of the treatment of phlegm retention diseases in treatise on febrile diseases.The clauses are narrated separately sentence by sentence in the treatment of phlegm diseases and the treatment of fluid-retention diseases.The relation between the conception of phlegm diseases and that of fluid-retention is studied.The causes,principles,treatments of all prescriptions and the relation among all prescriptions are analysed and compared.With combination the clinic it is said that Da Xianxiong Tang is not only used to treat accumulation of pathogens in chest syndrome,but also used to treat that in abdomen.
