摘要
20世纪90年代,金融混业经营在西方国家重新取得主导地位。但是,与20世纪30年代以前20相比,这次金融混业经营在组织形式、技术基础、市场环境、金融监管等方面已发生显著变化。正确认识金融混业经营的条件约束,是我国金融业稳步走向混业首先要探讨的理论问题。
Since 1990s integrated finance operation has regained its predominant role in the western countries. However in comparison with its occurrence in 1930s this time there are marked changes in its organizational form technological basis market environment and financial supervision. For this reason in order to push our banking industry onto the road of integrated operation steadily the primary theoretical issue for our discussion actually rests on a clear recognition of the constraint conditions for integrated finance operation.
