建立服务型政府是现代公共行政改革和发展的历史潮流。20世纪80年代以来,在西方大部分发达国家,均出现了大规模政府再造运动,它们对提高政府效能起了极大的推动作用。“它山之石,可以攻玉”,中国服务型政府建设,要积极借鉴发达国家在建设“企业型政府”和政府再造中的科学经验。要通过服务型政府的建设,推动我国行政体制的创新和发展,最终达到建立“廉洁、勤政、务实、高效”的政府目标。

Building a service-government is a history tide of the contemporary public administrative reform and its development in our country.
