表面活性剂含量对CoAl_2O_4天蓝纳米陶瓷颜料结构及性能影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用Span80 Tween60/正己醇/120#汽油体系,通过微乳液法制备了CoAl2O4天蓝纳米陶瓷颜料,通过XRD、TEM和颜色测定等对制备的纳米颜料进行了表征,研究了助表面活性剂对CoAl2O4纳米晶结构及性能的影响。结果表明,随表面活性剂含量的减少,纳米晶尺寸减小,颜料颗粒的均匀性降低,团聚现象有所减小;表面活性剂含量对颜料的色饱和度与主波长影响不大,随表面活性剂含量的增加,颜料的明度降低。 Nano-CoAl_2O_4 blue pigments were prepared by a microemulsion process with Span80-Tween60/hexanol/benzene (No.120)system. The as-prepared blue pigments were characterized by XRD, TEM and color measurement. The influence of surfactant concentration on the structure and properties of nano-CoAl_2O_4 blue pigment was special investigated. The results showed that with the increase of surfactant, the size of nano-particle decreased,the uniformity and the agglomeration of nano-particle decreased. In addition,with the increase of surfactant,the brightness of the pigment decreased while the color saturation and the wavelength of the pigment almost keep in constant.
