摘要
对Mach Zehnder干涉仪的干涉原理和温度对光纤的相位调制进行了分析,提出了基于温度对相位调制的全光纤Mach Zehnder结构型温度传感器,采用CCD与计算机集成系统对干涉条纹进行测量与处理,给出了温度测量数据,实验表明整个温度测量系统具有较高的精度和分辨率。
In this paper, the optical interference principle of the Mach-Zehnder interferometer and the temperature modulation function on phase are analyzed in detail. A new structured all-optical fiber Mach-Zehnder temperature sensor based on temperature modulation on phase is proposed, and the interference stripe is measured and processed with CCD image sensor and computer system. The testing data of temperature measurement is given. The whole temperature measurement system is proved to have high precision and resolution.
