摘要
对我国股票发行制度的效率进行了对比分析,首先用信息经济学的基本原理确立了评价股票发行制度效率的主要标准,其次对我国股票发行的审批制、核准制和保荐制进行了对比分析,最后就如何提高我国股票发行制度的效率提出了相关建议。
This paper contrastively analyzes the efficiency of stock issuing systems. It firstly applies the basic principle of information economics to build the main criterions for judging the efficiency of issuing system, and hereby compares the different systems which are adopted by china in different periods: approval system, checking system and reference system. In conclusion, the author provides some suggestions on how to improve the current chinese stock issuing system.
