摘要
人才资源是最重要的战略资源。高校人才资源的主体是教师,其资源量丰质优,具有可激励性、再生性、共享性等特点。加强高校人才资源管理应以人为本,建立和完善人才竞争、激励和选拔的用人机制,营造汇聚人才队伍的良好环境,同时应加大对人才资源的投资力度,重视人力资本价值的实现。
The human resource is one of the most important strategy resources. The teachers are the vital human resource in high school. This kind of resource has high quality, inspiritablity, reborning, multi-sharing and so on. To strengthen the human resource management should base on people, creating and improving the human resource competition, bettering the principal of using people, making a better environment of gathering human resource, enhance the financial investment and paying enough attention on the realization of the value of human resource.
