在人类社会进入网络时代的今天 ,以往那种单靠企业自身资源经营的方式无法很好地满足市场需求、促进企业持续发展。企业应与利益相关者建立、保持和发展一种持久良好的关系 ,为了共同的绩效目标协调发展 ,形成关系资本 ,从而构建企业新的竞争优势 ,使企业能更好地适应市场环境的变化 ,抵御外部竞争风险。
In the network epoch, the former mode of management only by making use of enterprise's own resources can not well satisfy the market demand and promote enterprise sustained development. Thus, to adapt to market changes and to resist against external competitive risks, enterprises should construct new competitive advantages by establishing, maintaining and developing a sustained good relationship with the parties interested to form relationship capital for their common achievement target.
