A Study on the Making a Price of the State-owned Stock in the Process of the Decreasing of the State-owned Stock

就现阶段不同国有股减持方式的减持价格的形成机制进行比较研究,指出国有股的减持价格应该坚持的基本原则,提出相关国有股减持的几种有效模式。

This paper has made comparatively study on forming price making in the process of the decreasing of the different state-owned stock, indicated that the decreasing of the state-owned stock should stick to a series of essence principle, land brought forward some efficient modes.
