An Investigation on the Development of Small P-type Pintle Nozzle and its Low Inertia Injector

一种国内最小型的P 系列轴针式喷油嘴及其低惯量喷油器已研制成功。它具有外形尺寸小、质量轻、运动件惯量低、高压容积小、配机性能好等特点。可适用于缸径D=60～100mm 的分开式燃烧室柴油机。

A Kind of smallest P-type pinde nozzle and its low inertia injector at home has been successfully designed and produced recently. This new pintle nozzle and injector of small size are featured by its small outside dia., low weight, very low reciprocating mass of moving parts and small high pressure volume. The tests matching with the diesel engines of cylinder dia. 70, 75, 80 and 85mm have shown the advan- tages of saving energy. The endurance tests have been done respectively in a motoring test rig and in a diesel engine under different conditions and qualified its high service life. This new kind of pintle nozzle and injector can be applied for small IDI dieseL engines with cylinder dia. of 60—100mm.
