摘要
在过量的固体氢氧化钾的存在下,取代的邻羟基苯乙酮(1)与4-甲酰基苯并-15-冠-5(2)缩合,合成了十种新的查尔酮冠醚(3),并简要地讨论了其反应机理。
The new chalcone crown ethers can be synthesized by condensing substituted 2-hydroxyacetophenones and 4-formylbenzo-15-crown- 5 in refluxing dimethyl formarnide with excess solid potassium hydroxide. The reaction mechanism is briefly discussed.
