摘要
政府信用内含政府诚实 ,政府守信、民众信任三个方面 ,从民众方着眼 ,采用民意测验的方法对政府信用进行测评更具包容性和终极性 ,也更符合我国政府“取信于民”的价诉求 ,并昭示行政改革的方向。
Governmental credit includes governmental honesty, governmental reliability and people's trust. From the viewpoint of the public, it is more democratic and closer to the ultimate goal of evaluation to adopt the method of opinion poll. It is in more conformity with the Government's pursuit of “credibility with the people” and reveals the future direction of administrative reforms.
