The Decision on the Reform of the Investment System is an important legal regulation adapted to the development of China's socialist economy as well as the most comprehensive and systematic reform plan about investment since reform and opening up. The issue of this decision provides a clear direction for the reform and development in the investment field and marks that the reform of the investment system in China has entered a new stage. The restructuring of the investment system will focus on how to reform governmental investment management, strengthen the Central Government's controlling capacity and so on.
