摘要
用铁谱分析技术分析了EQ6100柴油机磨合期内发生的拉缸,通过分析润滑油中的异常磨损颗粒,说明了缸套与活塞环从微观擦伤向宏观擦伤发展,宏观擦伤积累到一定的程度会形成拉缸过程。文中还介绍了气缸套与活塞环早期擦伤的判断方法。
The cylinder scuffing of EQ6110 diesel engine in running-in period is
studied by ferrography analysis. The investigation of abnormal wear debris in lubri-
cation oil shows.that the cylinder scuffing will experience the process of micro- to macro-
fretting in cylinder liner and piston ring. The diagnoses of early scuffing of cylinder
liner and piston ring are introduced as well.
