摘要
在分析开放源代码软件特征的基础上,论述了开放源代码软件知识产权的归属与行 使问题,特别研究了自由软件衍生(汉化)作品的使用以及开放软件资源许可证问题。
Based on an analysis of the characteristics of open-source software, the paper investigated the intellectual property issues of freeware with particular emphasis on the application of localized version of the freeware and the General Public License of the freeware.
