The conservative cascades process with multipliers of symmetric β distribution was introduced as a tele-traffic model which could catch the amplitude burst and temporal burst properties of real tele-traffic simultaneously. The traffic match and synthesis methods were also illustrated through an example of typical wide area network traffic.
