摘要
配体N,N,N′,N′-四(2′-苯并昧唑甲基)-1,4-二乙氨基乙二醚(EGTB)及其含铜(Ⅱ),铁(Ⅲ)和锰(Ⅱ)双核络合物的合成和表征我们已经报导过,它们的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性已用核黄素-氮蓝四唑光还原法进行检测,发现所有络合物在10^(-6)~10^(-7)mol·L^(-1)的浓度范围内仍具有优良的SOD活性,显现出5o%以上的抑制率。
The synthesis and characterization of the ligand N, N, N′, N′-tetrakis(2′-benzimidazolyl methyl)-1,4-diethylene amino glycol ether(EGTB) and its binuclear complexes containing copper(Ⅱ), iron(Ⅲ) and manganese(Ⅱ) had been reported. An assay of their superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity has been performed by means of riboflavin-nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT) photoreduetion. It has been found that all complexes are posessed of excellet SOD activity and they show over and above 50% inhibition ratio in the concentration range of 10^(-6)~10^(-7)mol·L^(-1).
