In this paper, the development course and basic principle of MRPⅡ/ERP are discussed, and then the structure and function of MRPⅡ/ERP system are analyzed. At last, the key point of implementation of MRPⅡ/ERP system is illuminated and the future of MRPⅡ/ERP system is anticipated.
