摘要
CS-2是基于恒电量原理的腐蚀测量系统,与传统的解常微方程组相比,对理论分析和数据处理方法作了改进,求解更加简便;提出了恒电量极化测量Tafel常数的新的解析方法,利用非线性回归拟合,增加了抗干扰的能力和求解精度。通过改进模拟电路的设计,加快了极化电荷瞬时转移速度,显著减少了溶液电阻对测试的影响。对于测试操作方面,首次实现了参数选择自动化,简化了实验操作。将测量系统集成于体积小、便于携带的加固型计算机内,能够胜任户外、实验室及需要有移动性的测试场所,配合不同形式的监测探头,即可实现腐蚀的现场监测。
The CS-2 corrosion measurement system based on coulostatic method is introduced. A method for calculating the parameters of corroding electrode is improved. A new approach based on NLLS (Non-linear least square) fitting method is also presented, in this way, the algorithm brings up higher ratio of signal/noise and precision compared with that of conventional differential method. To eliminate IR drop, boosting the voltage of charge progress would accelerate charge transfer. To simplify the operation of CS-1 system, a solution designed for automatic optimizing test conditions is implemented, and the perturbation system and its DAQ is built in the high performance rugged portable computer, therefore the convenient corrosion monitoring is realized by using coulostatic method.
