摘要
会聚校正是背投电视一个重要的处理过程,目前采用的人工校正方式,不仅精度低调整时间长,而且产品一致性差,成为流水线生产的瓶颈。该文给出了一种新的结合图像处理、曲线拟合及数字会聚电路的自动会聚系统,使得背投电视会聚校正在精度、速度和一致性上都有了非常大的提高,成功解决了该瓶颈问题。
Convergence adjusting is an important process of projection television.Manual adjusting adopted at present is not only low in precision and speed but also bad in coherence of production. A new automatic convergence adjusting system combining with image processing, curvefitting and digital circuit is introduced. The precision, speed and coherence of convergence adjusting are enhanced obviously by this system and the bottleneck of production is resolved.
